  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • basil (~2oz)
  • flat leaf parsley
  • 3” piece of ginger
  • 1/2 C blanched almonds (maybe soaked for a while, while you’re prepping broccoli or whatever)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 C (golden) raisins
